Since if you Empower it, Hala uses it to revive her son and all her fallen Kree Soldiers. No matter what you choose in the end, you're screwed. You are struggling to choose because the team is divided to the two want you to empower it to bring their loved ones back to life while the other two want you to destroy so Hala the Accuser won't use it.
